The menu is not too extended but with all the right seaside dishes, like fresh grilled fish and oysters. For me, specially when it's a hot summer day, a lunch with mostly veggie dishes is what makes me happy. Unless the menu states Tuna Tataki, yes please.
One of my favorite typical Portuguese dishes is Peixinhos da horta: green beans tempura. So I opted for two starters, which was fine for me and left some space for the red fruit cheese cake...
The couvert comes with delicious sourdough bread, olives, fresh greens dip and tomato tapenade. Check the Sublime Beach menu.

Like the rest of hospitality Portugal, the current Covid-19 measures are taken very seriously by all and that results in the official Safe & Clean stamp. Masks are obliged until you sit at the table and must be put back on when walking trough the restaurant. Hand gel is everywhere.
Either you stay in the hotel, just hop in for lunch or spend a day at the beach this place has it all. Reservations recommended.
